I currently lead Global People Strategy & Operations at Verkada in the Bay Area, where I’ve helped scale the company from ~1,000 to more than 2,400 employees globally through its rapid Series C, D, and E growth stages.

Prior to Verkada, I was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising executives across technology, professional services, and consumer sectors on enterprise transformation initiatives spanning operating model design, workforce strategy, salesforce effectiveness, people analytics, enterprise technology, and large-scale organizational change.

Earlier in my career, I worked in product and analytics-focused roles, and earned my bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and master’s degree from Harvard University.
